Health License
It is a Mandatory Certification, issued by the National Health Authority, for all Products for Human Use and Consumption which are manufactured and / or marketed on Ecuadorian territory.
Which products require a health license?
Processed Foods, Food Additives, General Medicines, Nutraceutical Products, Biological Products, Natural Products, Medications, Dental Products, Medical Devices, Biochemical and Diagnostic Reagents, Hygiene Products, Cosmetics, Pesticides for Domestic and Industrial Use, manufactured in the national territory or abroad, for import, export, marketing, dispensing and sale are subject to having a health license.
